Watton Mill operates under strict professional working guidelines:
- The Boardroom pass excludes use of Watton Mill's parking bays as they are strictly allocated for tenants;
- No parties are to be held at Watton Mill;
- No loud music or loud gatherings at any point or location within the premises;
- Boardroom subscribers will appreciate that tenants are working in their Suites and therefore must move quietly along the corridors and must not loiter;
- Smoking, alcohol consumption and illegal drug activity are strictly prohibited at Watton Mill premises;
- Use of the Boardroom is charged at £25 per hour or £100 for the day and must be agreed with Watton Mill's admin team @ info@wattonmill.co.uk prior to activation of the pass being granted; and
- All Boardroom users must keep the property tidy and throw away any of their litter in the bins provided in the kitchen areas and/or the bin in the Boardroom itself.
